It finally happened—your children went back to school. But first, you had fun on Labor Day with water fights, amusement rides, and cake eating. Summer vacation is over, but there's plenty to look forward to. Or as one mother reminds us, there's plenty to enjoy in this moment, right now.

Getting wet is one of our favorite ways to have fun outside. Water fights don't have to be a competition but...who won?! 

You go girl; have your cake and eat it, too! We wish you well for the rest of your pregnancy! 

Wait until he starts riding a bike without training wheels and going off the high dive at the pool.

I hope you helped her find what she was looking for—maybe some day one of those books will be about her.

Is the blue bird an indication he'll follow in your footsteps and become a prolific tweeter? Or maybe he'll be too busy painting murals across the city!

If I collected all of the pearls of motherly wisdom I've heard over the years, I'd have a necklace long enough to circle the moon.
