Cap It Off

This kids’ topper fits almost like a baseball hat but has much more flair—and, it’s waterproof. The navy Kangol Rain Deeto ($38) is a good option for boys (pictured bottom right), while the yellow or turquoise version will brighten any girl’s stormy day.
