Your Kid Can Name a Piece of LEGOLAND NY

Your Kid Can Name a Piece of LEGOLAND NY

LEGOLAND New York's LEGO Big Red Dino needs a name and is asking you and your family for help!

Legoland New York's highly anticipated Goshen Theme Park is set to have its grand opening this year, but one more thing needs to be done before it can happen: the Big Red Dino needs a name! LEGOLAND is calling on families in New York to put on their creative thinking caps and come up with a name for the larger-than-life red dinosaur that stands at the entrance of the park.

The contest starts today and will run through Feb. 28. Visit the LEGOLAND New York website to share your family's ideas for a chance to win a plaque in the park with the selected name displayed next to the Big Red Dino as well as a feature on the Brick Street map on LEGOLAND New York's website.

The winning name will be chosen by LEGOLAND New York Model Citizens and will be announced on social media and via email in March.

Participants must be at least 13 years old and have received permission from a parent or guardian. The name must be appropriate for all ages, and a title or suffix are optional. The LEGOLAND New York website provided the following word suggestions: brick, dino, red, fun, adventure, build.
