Director Arnold van Deuren, in addition to an 8th-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, has a Ph.D. in education, and specializes in child and adolescent development. Under his direction and instruction, children learn not only the skills needed to defend themselves, but more importantly, the skills and attitudes needed to succeed in school and in life.
