Westport Businesses Team Up to Keep Camp Mahackeno Alive
Westport’s Earthplace is partnering with the Weston Family Y to host Camp Mahackeno, a summer day camp for kids in Fairfield County on Earthplace grounds. The wildlife sanctuary will be used as an outdoor classroom for campers to learn about and see animals in their natural habitats. There is a day camp for younger campers, which includes field trips, games, and hikes, and a sleepaway or canoeing camp for older kids.
