POParazzi Balloons and Events Space Adds Balloon Drop Service

POParazzi Balloons and Events Space added a balloon drop service in August, which allows guests to celebrate under a shower of falling balloons at an event. For this service, the company sets up a structure in the venue’s ceiling and at a designated time during the event, balloons are released from the ceiling to fall onto the crowd below. 

POParazzi Balloons and Events Space is a full-service balloon company located in Flushing. It does custom balloon design, delivery, and setup for events. The company also rents its own private venue and can decorate it if desired.

Owner Nicolle Robinson says “let our balloons fill any room,” is her company’s catchphrase because in her opinion balloons really are the easiest and most inexpensive way to fill up a large space. According to Robinson, her balloons make every event a little more festive and are also a great way to decorate large venues so the space doesn’t look empty.

“We take a lot of pride in the product. There is a difference between a professional quality balloon and a store-bought quality balloon,” Robinson says.

POParazzi Balloons and Events Space works with clients to facilitate their themes. For example, a customer might want an "under the sea" theme or have a specific color scheme in mind, and the company can accommodate that and help make the client’s vision a reality for the event.

So what sets her business apart? “I think it’s our personalized service. I really enjoy what I do,” Robinson says. “I feel like I make a special connection with the people that I work with.”
