What's New at the Skylands Stadium Christmas Light Show and Christmas Village

Since the Skylands Stadium Christmas Light Show debuted four years ago, families have enjoyed driving through the mile-long holiday display. Featuring over two million lights, the tour takes visitors through colorful light tunnels and past playful characters such as Santa Claus, reindeer, and skating penguins. Located in Augusta, NJ, the Christmas Light Show will remain open on select days now through Dec. 30.

The Skylands Stadium Christmas Village has also returned, providing shopping opportunities for unique holiday gifts, fun games, and delicious winter treats for visitors. The Christmas Village features local artisans selling everything from handmade ornaments to jewelry and even high-tech gifts such as modern drones. Some highlights include a make-your-own gingerbread house stand and delicious sweets like hot chocolate and homemade fudge. The Christmas Village will remain open select days now through Dec. 23. The stadium will also offer pictures with Santa Claus.

This year Skylands Stadium added a never-melt outdoor ice-skating rink. The rink is made of synthetic material and acts like real ice, but will never melt, making outdoor skating possible in any weather. Skylands Stadium also added a new walk-through light fest this year. The walk-through light show features a glittering light tunnel, lights synced to holiday music, and a light forest by Bright Baum. Skylands Stadium will be collecting donations at the walk-through show entrance to benefit the American Heart Association.
