Indoor Play Space in Farmingdale Expands Attractions

Indoor Play Space in Farmingdale Expands Attractions

Nassau County business @ Play Amusements will be adding a video maker booth, a second bounce house, and bumper cars within the next couple months.

The fully remodeled @ Play Amusements facility in Farmingdale is open year-round and offers a wide variety of indoor attractions, including a carousel, roller coaster, and laser tag, as well as traditional and cutting-edge arcade games. And now the business is about to add even more to its offerings by expanding its attractions.

This month, @ Play Amusements is bringing an interactive video maker booth to its visitors. The booth will include a bright green screen, fun props, and a bunch of video features, such as special effects. Families and friends will have the opportunity to capture memorable moments with animations, filters, and special effects to email themselves and share on social media.

In the next month, a second bounce house will be added to @ Play Amusements, dedicated to jumpers ages 9 and younger. The newly remodeled bumper cars will hit the indoor tracks in June. Visitors must be at least 42 inches tall to ride select bumper cars. Private party rooms are also available.

“With these new attractions, we are trying to bring everybody in to play," says Anil Sawant, owner of @ Play Amusements. "We want every person who walks in here to enjoy our rides. We are very mindful that whatever we bring in needs to accommodate every age group, not just younger kids. It should be fun for everyone.”
