Applause offers classes in acting, singing, and dancing. Ms. Renna provides a unique opportunity for kids to perform in shows, creating special parts for each child. Coupé Theatre Studio

The Lower Hudson Valley Youth Chorus is a local group of friendly and talented children who share a love for music and singing. Rockland Youth Theatre

Rockland Youth Theatre offers acting training for young people. Classes focus on the key elements of acting and performance: relaxation, concentration, imagination, communication, presentation, voice production, creating character and relationship, and scene development. Students work cooperatively to create an environment that encourages risk-taking and creativity, work on published scenes and monologues, and create and rehearse original scenes. Looking for something creative and different for your child this summer? The South Orangetown Camp for Art and Theater (SOCAT) is the place! Sponsored by Andrew Jannetti & Dancers, and run by Alastair King and Eric Goldstein, SOCAT consists of a musical theater program in which kids learn all aspects of developing and performing an original musical, and a visual arts program, culminating in a gallery exhibit at the end of 5 weeks.
